1 Introduction and Acceptance

Each person may operate only one account. Registering multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is prohibited. If this rule is violated, jeta7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Documents may be requested to verify your name, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is not permitted. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

jeta7 currently accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional time may be needed for identity verification.

4.3 Payment Verification

Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals or unusual account activity. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested. Payments may be held until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeta7's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Once the bonus is credited, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — you must then complete ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers.

Special conditions for bonuses:

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will cancel the bonus.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Once a promotion has expired, it will no longer apply.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

jeta7's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

Moving to a higher tier depends on a user's overall activity and engagement on the platform. jeta7 reserves the right to review VIP membership status at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming Guidelines

jeta7 believes that betting is a form of entertainment, but it carries financial and emotional risks. We encourage all users to play within their limits and with full awareness.

8 Prohibited Activities and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and accounts found engaging in them will be closed:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial method.
• Bonus abuse by placing simultaneous bets on both sides of an outcome ("arbitrage").
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform — any winnings resulting from such errors will not be counted.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.

9 Mobile App and Technology

jeta7's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. Using an app downloaded from a third-party source may put your account security at risk, and jeta7 will not be responsible for any resulting issues.

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep user data secure. However, jeta7 will not be liable if any bet or game is affected by an internet disconnection or device issue, though every effort will be made to resolve such problems quickly.

13 Account Closure and Breach of Terms

Users may also close their own accounts. In that case, any eligible balance in the account will be returned, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will not apply.

14 Changes to Terms

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
